DTF ink is a specialized pigment ink formulation developed for Direct-to-Film digital printing, consisting of CMYK color inks and high‑opacity white ink. The ink is printed directly onto DTF transfer film and used in conjunction with hot melt powder. After heat pressing, the design firmly adheres to the fabric surface, resisting washing without fading and stretching without cracking.
This product is suitable for cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, nylon, synthetic fibers and other materials. It is widely used for customized printing on finished garments, cut pieces, bags and accessories.

Print – Mirror‑print CMYK+W design onto the coated side of DTF transfer film.
Apply powder – Evenly sprinkle DTF hot melt powder onto the wet ink and shake off excess.
Cure – Apply heat to melt and bond the powder to the ink layer.
Heat transfer – Heat press the cured film onto the target fabric.
