Key Features
Five-layer coating technology, clear printing – Through special five-layer coating treatment, the ink has strong adsorption capacity, without ink seepage or bleeding. The patterns are vivid in color and the details are clear.
High thermal stability – Resists warping and deformation during heat pressing, ensuring complete design transfer.
Hot peel & cold peel options – Hot peel film enables immediate peeling for high-volume production; cold peel film offers stronger adhesion and finer detail retention for complex designs.
99.99% transfer rate – Stable coating ensures nearly complete design transfer with minimal residue.
Eco‑friendly certified – Passed RoHS and SGS Level 7 environmental certifications, compliant with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, free from formaldehyde, lead, phthalates, heavy metals, azo dyes and other hazardous substances.
Print – Mirror‑print the design onto the coated side of the DTF film (typically the matte side). Immediately apply hot melt powder and shake off excess.
Cure – Heat using a heat press in air‑gap mode (100–120°C, 60–90 seconds) or an oven to melt the powder and fully bond it to the ink layer.
Heat press – Place the cured film onto the garment and press at 150–170°C for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure.
Peel – Choose peeling timing based on film type. Hot peel film: peel immediately while warm. Cold peel film: wait for complete cooling (approx. 30–60 seconds) before peeling slowly.
