February 23 | 2024 Year of the Dragon Annual Meeting
We kicked off the year with our grand annual meeting themed Soaring into a New Journey, United in Pursuit of Excellence. All COWINT team members gathered together to review our achievements from the previous year, honor outstanding contributors, set new business targets, and share our vision for the year ahead. Full of passion and ambition, we stood ready to embrace new opportunities and challenges in the global DTF printing market.

April 16 | Changping Team Building
Following the annual meeting, we held our team-building activity in Changping. Away from busy workshops and daily work, our team enjoyed relaxed shared activities. This outing strengthened communication between departments, built closer teamwork, and helped us align as one solid team to support our global business expansion.
June 20 | Enneagram Special Training 2024
To improve internal communication, self-awareness and collaborative efficiency, COWINT hosted a special Enneagram training session. Through this professional workshop, every participant gained deeper insight into different personality types. We learned better ways to understand colleagues, optimize teamwork, and handle communication smoothly — a powerful investment for our long-term team development.

June | Employee Birthday Celebration
Warmth is always part of COWINT’s culture. We held the June employee birthday celebration for teammates born in this month. Cakes, laughter and sincere wishes filled the room. These small, joyful moments remind us that every member is valued, and we grow together as one big family.

September 12 | USA Exhibition
We took our full range of DTF products to the USA exhibition, connecting face-to-face with North American distributors, print shop owners and industry partners. We showcased our DTF film, ink, hot melt powder and related printing equipment. The show opened more doors for our US market layout, collected first-hand market feedback, and strengthened our footprint in the North American DTF industry.
October 17 | Milan, Italy Exhibition
Right after the US show, we travelled to Milan, Italy for another key European exhibition. This was a fantastic chance to meet European buyers, display our premium DTF consumables, and introduce our stable supply service. It helped COWINT raise brand awareness across Europe and build trust with local partners.
October 29 | COWINT Procurement Festival Awards 2024
We hosted the Procurement Festival Awards ceremony to recognize our outstanding supply chain partners. We thanked reliable suppliers for consistent quality support and efficient cooperation. Win-win collaboration with our supply chain is the foundation for us to deliver stable, high-quality DTF products to worldwide customers.

December 2024 | Bangladesh SPWA Event — Outstanding Supplier Award
In December 2024, COWINT was proudly awarded the title and plaque of “Outstanding Supplier in Bangladesh for 2024” at the grand SPWA (Screen Print Welfare Association) get-together. During the ceremony, COWINT was officially honored with the “Outstanding Supplier in Bangladesh” award for 2024. This prestigious recognition highlights COWINT’s long-term commitment to delivering high-quality DTF digital heat transfer products and solutions, as well as our growing influence and market confidence in the South Asian market.
