(1) The wear and tear of mechanical parts and components is not repaired in time, and it is easy to loosen during production and operation. When just driving, the flowers can be aligned. After a period of time, due to mechanical vibration or other reasons, some parts that affect the alignment of the flowers are loosened, resulting in inaccurate alignment of the flowers.
(2) The semi-finished products are wet and dry. In the printing process, the pattern alignment is normal when the dry cloth is printed. Due to the inconsistent amount of liquid on the front and rear cloth surfaces of the semi-finished product, when printing on the wet cloth, the cloth will be too wet and the cloth paste will not stick well, resulting in inaccurate alignment defects. sick.
(3) The semi-finished products are not fed smoothly. The semi-finished product has a pressure brake phenomenon when feeding the cloth, resulting in poor cloth feeding. When there is no pressure brake, the alignment is normal; when the pressure brake occurs, the tension of the printed semi-finished product on the rubber guide belt is loose and tight, resulting in inaccurate alignment.
(4) The adhesive tape becomes thinner. If the rubber guide belt is cleaned, the wiper blade does not wipe enough water, resulting in the rubber guide belt with water. When passing through the slurry tank, the water will fall into the slurry tank, making the adhesive tape thinner, and slowly sticking the adhesive tape will stick. Do not stop printing semi-finished products, resulting in inaccurate defects on flowers.
(5) The bulkhead of the circular mesh is loose and falls off. During the printing process, the bulkhead of the rotary screen is loose, and with the extension of the printing time, the looseness of the bulkhead of the rotary screen gradually increases until it falls off. The looseness of the bulkhead of the circular mesh will affect the normal rotation of the circular mesh, resulting in the displacement of the pattern, resulting in inaccurate alignment of the perimeter distance of the circular mesh.
(6) The printing machine vibrates greatly. The speed of the printing machine is slow when it is just driving, and the speed is accelerated when it is normal. The change of the speed from slow to fast increases the vibration of the machine, which is easy to cause the movement of the flowers (especially for some printing machines with poor vehicle conditions), resulting in inaccurate flowers.
(7) The liquid level of the printing slurry in the rotary screen fluctuates. If the liquid level of the printing slurry in the rotary screen is too high or too low, there will be inconsistencies in the amount of slurry stored in the rotary screen. If the liquid level is too high, the weight will be large, and if the liquid level is too low, the weight will be light, which will change the pressure of the rotary screen on the fabric, resulting in Offset to flower. In the printing production process, if the color paste level is high, the flowers will shift to the shallow direction when the color paste level is low, and vice versa, so that the flowers will be offset. (8) Variation of fabric warp tension. Due to improper debugging or transmission failure, the tensioner frame is unstable and swings up and down greatly. Because the elastic frame sets the initial tension of the fabric running, the up and down jumps make the warp tension change greatly, and it is easy to cause the pattern to move during operation.
